Commercial Use For Commercial Use Terms for KSG Actions

This new terms of use overides my previous action CU and cu4cu terms of use. All my actions can now be used in the way stated in
this document.

You may:

For Small business:

Use my actions to make products to sell for commercial use or personal use. For example: cards,blog layouts, hybrid projects- any form of flattened product.

You are allowed to make sets or stashes to sell for commercial use or personal use as long as no more than 50% of the set is
made from my actions

You are allowed to put the clip art made with my actions into kits 'as is' (as long as they are flattened as a png or jpg). There is no need to make them into stickers ect.

You are allowed to sell your kits for pu, cu or s4h.

You may use my products to make designs to sell in stores like
zazzle.com

Freebies are allowed as long as the freebie is not the action itself and it is mixed in with other products that are not mine.

You may not:

You may not sell or give away the action. You can only sell or give away what is made with it.

You may not make templates to sell from my actions. The end product you sell from my actions should be a flattened jpg
or png.
